SK Consultancy is a private consultancy. We assist claimants with the documentation, filing and follow-up required to recover shares, dividends and mutual fund units.
We are not a government body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the IEPF Authority, SEBI, any stock exchange, any registrar and transfer agent or any company whose securities are concerned.
We are not a stock broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or research analyst, and we do not offer investment advice or recommend the purchase or sale of any security.
An initial case assessment is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either side.
We begin work on a case only after we have issued a written scope and fee and you have accepted it in writing. Fees are charged either as a flat amount per folio or as an agreed percentage of the value recovered, depending on the service.
Third-party costs such as stamp paper, notarisation, court fees, gazette publication, newspaper notices, courier and statutory filing fees are payable by you in addition to our fee, unless the written scope says otherwise.
You confirm that you are entitled to claim the securities concerned, either as the registered holder or as a nominee or legal heir, and that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and lawfully obtained.
You agree to provide documents promptly and to sign what is required, and you accept that delays in doing so will extend the timeline.
We rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information that is incorrect, incomplete or withheld.
Timelines quoted on this website and in our correspondence are indicative estimates drawn from past cases. The actual duration depends on the company, its registrar, the depository and the relevant authority, none of which we control.
We do not guarantee that any particular claim will succeed, or that it will succeed within a stated period. What we undertake is to prepare the case properly, file it correctly and pursue it diligently.
We never ask for your demat account password, net banking credentials, card details or any OTP. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for these, do not share them and contact us immediately.
All payments to us are made to the account named on our written quote or invoice. If you are unsure whether a request for payment is genuine, call +91 8779023232 before transferring anything.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees actually paid by you to us for the case concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from market movements during the period of a claim.
The content, design and materials on this website belong to us and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission. Guides published here are for general information and do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.
