Nomination and estate planning for shares and investments

Most of the difficult cases we handle started with one missing step: no nominee on the account. We audit every holding in the family, register or update nominations everywhere, and put a simple written plan in place so your family never faces a frozen portfolio.

  • Nomination audit across demat, physical shares, mutual funds and bank accounts
  • SH-13 / nomination form filing with companies and depositories
  • Will and succession guidance with partner CAs and lawyers
  • Family holding register — one document listing every investment
  • Transmission roadmap so heirs know exactly what to do
  • Clear written quote before work begins
